Cost: $20 per person (cash or check only — no credit cards accepted).
New Entry Procedures
To comply with updated state laws, the school entry process has changed:

Only one gate will be used for both entry and exit.

The gate will be open 12:15–12:30 p.m. only.

Please do not arrive early or form a line outside the gate, as this is prohibited.

Assigned seating is predetermined as part of the culinary education program. Arriving early will not change your seating.

For security and compliance, the gate will close promptly at 12:30 p.m. and no entry will be permitted after that time.
What to Expect at Check-In

Please have payment and ID ready upon entry.

For group reservations, one person may pay for the group while others proceed directly to the ID check.

After ID check, guests will be seated directly in the dining room. (No more waiting in the small space for doors to open — yay!)
Dining Room Details

Lunches are held in the Outback Room, which accommodates up to 96 guests.

Most tables seat 4. To maximize seating and revenue for the program, there may be occasions where you are seated with other guests.
